Happy Halloween!

11 lbs!

EJ is 11 lbs now. He spends a lot of time eating and it is paying off. In the last two weeks he has gained .6 ozs/day on average. Babies are supposed to gain between .5-1.0 lb.day so he is finally gaining!! We had blood tests done at the hospital today so hopefully everything will come back normal and we can keep moving forward.

Ty & EJ

Danni and I have been friends since we were three years old. Her son Ty was born 4 months before EJ. We hope they will be friends for life like we are.

EJ has lots of time with the ladies!! On the left he was with Trish and Katy at dinner. He loves mirrors and playing with Grandma Bobbie. On the right, we had breakfast with Trish and LuAnn (Trish's mom). EJ is starting to be very aware of his surroundings and he loves being held and flirting!

Broncos

My first Bronco game with Trish at Invesco Field. We won by a field goal with 2 seconds left in the game. We had a blast!!

New Ram Fan

EJ is the newest CSU Ram Fan! They are having a tough football season but hopefully EJ will bring them some luck.

EJ at Two Months

It's hard to believe EJ is already two months old. He continues to bring us great joy!

He is having some trouble with his weight so please pray for him. He lost a pound after birth and it took eight weeks to gain it back. He should have gained it back within two weeks and then keep gaining so his pediatrician is very concerned. EJ will gain an ounce or two and then not gain any weight for a week but he should be gaining 1/2-1 ounce per day.

We have had to make a visit to the pediatric cardiologist and thankfully, she didn't find any heart problems but now we have to keep looking for alternate causes for his weight issues. He eats really well and we have ruled out milk supply and transfer issues.

Trish came for a visit this weekend and we had a great time!

It was so fun watching the Rockies win the National League Division Series. EJ was in the spirit with his outfit from my friend, LeAnn.

CO Family!

EJ got to meet Eric's aunt Muriel, his cousins Kari and Kristi and Kristi's son. Kristi had her second son two days after this picture was taken!! Congratulations!!!

He also got to meet the Archer family! We have been family friends my whole life.
